The rent is $1049 plus $75.00 for water/trash/sewer and Lawn for a total of $1124. Only 12 month leases. Two pet min. Our pet fee is $250 per pet and is non-refundable plus $25 per pet per month. If you have a SA, Service Animal or a ESA, Emotional Support Animal there are no charges. You must be able to provide the documenation from the doctor, the certificate, a cc of the rabies shots from your vet and a pic of the pet(s). If your pet barks constantly and tenants complain we will ask you to purchase a bark collar. All dog poop must be picked up and the dog must be kept on a leash at all times outside.
